Company “Riddhi Siddhi Crusher & Land Transport” has been incorporated on 06.02.2008 as an L.L.C. firm in Fujaiarah, U.A.E.

The Limestone Quarry of the company is located in Al Tawyeen area in Fujairah, UAE. The activities of Land Transport & other core operations are controlled from office establishment based at Quarry site.

We also opened a Gabro Quarry in Al Thouban, Fujairah since 2014 as a branch of Riddhi Siddhi Crusher & Land Transport.

As on 18/07/2017, L.L.C. has been converted to an Establishment and now the 100% shares of Riddhi Siddhi Crusher & Land Transport is owned by RIDDHI SIDDHI HOLDING MIDDLE EAST FZE which is registered in Fujairah Free Zone. RIDDHI SIDDHI HOLDING MIDDLE EAST FZE is again owned by RS HOLDING LIMITED, an off-shore company registered in Jebal Ali Free zone in which Mr. RAJ KUMAR BOHARA and Mrs. NITA BOHARA are the partners with 50% shares for each.

Mr. RAJ KUMAR BOHARA is the Chairman of the group companies. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India with more than 30 years of professional experience.

Mr. ANIL PRAKASH SINGH, CEO of the company, is an industry expert having a vast experience of more than 30 years in Mining and Minerals industry.
